How to help our teens concentrate
In this book, Didier Pleux is addressing adolescents. Constantly attracted to electronic screens of all sorts, they often have great difficulty concentrating for long periods on subjects that don’t provide them immediate pleasure. But, without concentration, without effort, there can be no learning, and so grades suffer. This is why it is so important to again stress an essential quality: concentration.

To develop and practice one’s ability to concentrate in order to rediscover an interest in learning, to know how to defer immediate pleasure to derive greater satisfaction based on good grades and a good self-image – this is the program Didier Pleux proposes.

An illustrated book of concrete coaching: with advice founded on extensive experience in the field, a mentoring and reassuring voice to help teens develop and improve their ability to concentrate and work for better results.

To learn to accept reality, incorporate constraints, “frustrations” in everyday life for greater pleasure later – these are the great objectives Didier Pleux pursues throughout his work. An ongoing and coherent path that he offers to teens and their parents. A useful book for “getting back to work.”
