Slimming fast means shedding kilos immediately and quickly. Slimming effectively means getting your figure back while still enjoying food, and without losing your health. In this book, Jacques Fricker shows how to reconcile weight-loss with good health by: - choosing foods that will enable you to burn excess fat, without feeling hunger and without harming your health, - balancing your meals, - learning to stabilise your new weight, - sharing proper meals with family and friends and leading a normal life. This new, fully revised edition incorporates the latest findings in medical research on nutrition. Here, finally, is an easy-to-follow weight-loss programme that works — without banishing pleasure or ruining your health. As an added bonus, this new edition of Dr. Fricker's diet includes more desserts and sweets than the earlier version.
