He has taught yoga for more than thirty years and was formerly the president of the teachers college of the French Hatha Yoga Federation. The founder of the Medicine and Yoga Association, he is currently the director of the Yoga Therapy Institute and devotes himself to teaching and publicising the medical applications of yoga.
He was formerly a lecturer and professor at the International Acupuncture Institute and at the Medical Academy of Acupuncture and the secretary of the Medical Association for Research into Eating Disorders. He is currently a member of the scientific committees network for the treatment of eating disorders.
He is the author of Pratiquez la relaxation au quotidien (1995), Le Stress, comment lapprivoiser (2002) and Mieux vivre par le Yoga (2003).
