• This book builds the vision of a France that is free, strong, open and generous, proud of its identity and of its history. France has all the assets to take part in the economic revolution and to become once again a player that is geostrategically respected — even if we have hard time believing that in its current discredited condition.
• In the face of the scientific and technical revolution that has been work for the last quarter century, in the face of increased risks (warfare in the Mediterranean basin and terrorism), we need to reconstruct a long-term government, invent a new social order and transform our political institutions.
"The means exist. France has assets. The population is ready, in spite of the corporatism of vested interests. Let us lift our heads and act!" C.S.E.
